Canon Reserves
Positions With Benefits
In General:
Canon positions are titles and roles that have influence over the site's story. To encourage these people to plot and make exciting things happen they are given benefits that ordinary characters do not have. Below is the list of all available canons, with descriptions of what they are supposed to be. Members are free to reserve any position that says 'OPEN' just as long as they do not already have a canon. Reserves last 7 days.
The Chosen:
Once every 100 years a dragonkin is born in Medina. It is their destiny to become the next leader of the country. At any given time there will be two Chosen. There is the current leader of Medina, and then there is the next leader of Medina. Of course the latter can choose to pursue other goals and activities. Only The Chosen can be dragonkin. The older of The Chosen is able to start at the Expert Rank. The younger of the two starts at Novice or Adept, but can purchase abilities of a rank higher.

The Leaders
For Gardenia, the leader would be the King or Queen. While they do not have absolute power, they do have the most influence in discussions between the provinces of Gardenia. When a King or Queen dies, the next King or Queen is chosen as the next closest living relative. The leader of Kagano is a woman known as the Innkeeper whose history is largely unknown. We will give members a chance to make this character, but if there are problems we will make it an NPC. Anyone can create a member of Asnor's Senate, but there is only one character that will be known as the Leader of the House. Decided by the other members of the Senate, this person makes decisions in the event of a tie. These characters can all begin at the Expert rank.

The Roles:
These are some roles that I would like to see filled. By roles, I mean there are certain people you expect to see in your average fantasy story. This is to ensure that those people exist in this world. Each of these roles can start at a higher than normal rank. They may also be able to use more creative abilities that normal characters. Next to each role is a rank that they will start as.
