QUEST NAME: Rising Decor
QUEST RANK: Novice/Adept
QUEST PARTICIPANTS: Anyone.
QUEST DESCRIPTION: Twice each year, Nakano opens itself up to the world. During these times it invites those individuals that wish to help with or partake in their festivities. In just a few weeks they will be holding their new year festival. Before it can start they are in need of decorations, supplies and venues. Your group has been invited to help with the decoration. You will be tasked with putting up lanterns, building carts and ensuring that nothing looks out of place.
QUEST OBJECTIVES:
Bonus Objective 1 - Encounter a group that is trying to ruin the festival and evidence of what they are trying to do. This will reward extra EXP.
Bonus Objective 2 - Socialize with someone that lives in Kagano or be someone from Kagano. This will reward an Artifact.
